3D Animaton: Lifting Weight

This is one of my 3D animations from Academy of Art University. The assignment was to animate a human lifting a weight.
This one was a bit of a weird assignment for me. I remember thinking that the ball freezing for a moment was really odd, but the reference I used showed a man adjusting himself around the heavy ball without it rotating.
Originally made in November 2015.
Software: Autodesk Maya 2016.
