Writing Characters

Ever since I started playing Dungeons and Dragons, I've been creating so many new PCs. I'm currently in a Narrative Design class and we've been talking about creating three dimensional characters.

Writing personalities and traits can be kind of hard for me because I don't know every single word of the English language. I kinda want to buy a dictionary and thesaurus so I can compile a big Excel sheet of characteristics.
